REFUND POLICY

Shipping Information:

teeny house bunny ships via UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days), within 1-2 business days of your order. Customers have the option to request expedited shipping for an additional charge.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Shipping charges are as follows:

Ground: Free shipping on domestic orders over $150. $7.95 for orders less than $150
International Shipping: $18
All international orders ship USPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery you will still be charged for our shipping, custom and return shipping charges.

International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days through the United States Post Office. International customers will be given shipping options and charged accordingly.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to love what your teeny house bunny treasure! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return. For all hair accessories, we accept returns provided that requests are made within seven days from the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. For all jewelry, we accept returns provided that requests are made within fourteen days from the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. teeny house bunny reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

How To Return An Item

1. Email us your request for return at info@teenyhousebunny.com. We will issue you a Receipt Authorization (RA) number. Print this email and include it with your package. Please note that all requests for RA numbers must be online.

2. Ship your merchandise to the following address:

3. All returns must be pre-paid and insured. teeny house bunny must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, teeny house bunny cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

Please note that teeny house bunny will not accept any packages that are sent COD.

4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an email notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. If your return request is approved, unless an exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.
